ABOUT
Meet Jackson, the founder of Jackson Dev Productions
Jackson Devermann
Founder
I’m a 14-year-old high school student at Lake Park High School in Roselle, Illinois, however I’m based out of Itasca. I work as a freelance creative media producer, focused on creating poetry-in-motion visuals that stand out and tell a story in a way that feels different from standard content. What started as a passion has turned into real-world experience, and I’ve now worked with over 40 clients, helping brands, teams, and individuals bring their ideas to life. Some of my most notable work includes collaborations with the Windy City Bulls, Schaumburg Boomers, and RecruitLook, along with other clients across sports, events, and creative projects.
I want Jackson Dev Productions to go bigger. The long-term vision is to move beyond local and regional work and into collaborations with major platforms like Overtime, ESPN, etc and eventually into producing content at the highest level for national leagues such as the NBA, NFL, and MLB. I plan to build toward that path through college at Ohio State University, studying business with a focus in marketing and a minor in journalism/media production, developing both the strategic and storytelling sides of media. Alongside that, I also see myself serving in the Air Force Reserves in Public Affairs, gaining real-world experience in disciplined communication, storytelling, and high-level media operations. Ultimately, I want to scale Jackson Dev Productions into one of the biggest media production companies in the world, known for shaping how sports and culture are visually experienced.
My goal is simple: to create visuals that go beyond expectations and actually connect with people. I focus on clean design, strong storytelling, and consistent improvement, always learning, always creating, and always pushing to get better with every project. And it all starts in Chicago, building consistency, credibility, and a clear creative identity from the ground up.
